Overview
Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup) is a traditional Korean health food made by stuffing a young chicken with ginseng, glutinous rice, jujubes, and garlic, then simmering. It is traditionally eaten on the hottest days of summer (Boknal) to replenish energy.

Boknal Culture
